I just read The Big Issue (North West) and they ahd an article about some Bio banking of material from milk teeth similar to what can be done with an umbilical cord at the time of birth.

I’ve seen the front teeth made into jewelry, like a tooth sanded down to a heart shape, then the sides covered with gold, it looked like mother-of-pearl without the rainbow-y-ness.

Okay, this is kind of morbid but I believe baby teeth can be used to identify dna in the case of a missing child. So if the teeth belong to you or your kid you may want to keep them in a labeled container.

There is a “dentist” at Djma El Fina in Marrakech who has a big pile of pulled teeth on a table next to his pliers. Kind of like a curious way of advertising. A man in Oklahoma was remodeling an old building, he tore out a wall and it was full of human teeth. He did some research, and a previous tenant in the building had been a dentist, he disposed of the teeth by throwing them in a hole in the wall.

You can use them to create a custom jewelry box. Just buy a cheap one (check these http://www.novelbox.com/category.cfm?cid=20430), and then with some glue start adding them around the box.

I still have my two canine teeth that were taken out to “make room” they are in a pill box too. Other than interesting jewellery I cant think of anything else they could be used for.

You seriously don’t want the kidney stones ~ they don’t tend to stay together for long out of the body! A bit like gall stones ~ very pretty but not much use in the long term . .

How about dontating them to the local dental school who will put them to very good use, practical demos for the students?
