Use them outside to clean the dog bowls, brush out potted plant containers when repotting plants, clean yard furniture, etc.??

wooden backed brushes with natural bristles could be sawn up into small bits and composted.

Hi,

You could glue them onto a rubber mat (bristles side up) and then use it for scrubbing your muddy shoes clean in wet weather.

Other than that I can’t think of anything thats actually practical.
